Key Responsibilities

Enter payments into the accounting software and print vouchers.
Help with procurement and making payments to vendors.
Manage staff reimbursement claims.
Coordinate with support staff for smooth office operations.
Assist with banking tasks, including various document submissions.
Provide general admin and finance support as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
Good communication skills.
